 📦 Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays). We do not process or ship orders on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and major US holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

🚚 US Domestic Shipping & Delivery
We offer two shipping options for all addresses in the 50 United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, all shipments are fulfilled via USPS, UPS and FedEx (the most reliable logistics partners in the US):
✅ Standard Shipping (Free for orders over $59)
- Shipping Fee: $5.99 for orders under $59
- Delivery Time: 3-5 business days
✅ Expedited Shipping
- Shipping Fee: $12.99 (No threshold restriction)
- Delivery Time: 1-2 business days

✨ Free Shipping Policy
✅ Free Standard Shipping is automatically applied to all US domestic orders with a total amount of $59 or more, no coupon code needed.
✅ Free shipping is not applicable to Expedited Shipping service and oversized/heavy items (additional shipping fees will be shown on the checkout page).

 📏 Shipping for Oversized/Heavy Items
For oversized or heavy products (weight over 5kg / 11lbs), an additional shipping surcharge will be calculated based on the actual weight and delivery address, and the specific fee will be displayed in your shopping cart before checkout.

 🌎 International Shipping (Cross-border)
We currently support shipping to Canada only (for other countries, please contact our customer service).
- Shipping Fee: Calculated by order weight and destination, shown on checkout page
- Delivery Time: 7-15 business days
- Important: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes and brokerage fees incurred upon delivery, which are not included in the product price and shipping fee.

❗ Important Shipping Notes
1. All shipping times are estimated and do not include order processing time, delays may occur due to weather, logistics peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas) or unforeseen circumstances.
2. We are not responsible for shipping address errors caused by customers (e.g., wrong zip code, missing street number). If you need to modify the shipping address, please contact us within 1 hour after placing the order.
3. A valid delivery address with a physical street address is required (PO Box addresses are not supported for Expedited Shipping).
4. Tracking numbers will be sent to your email once your order is shipped, you can track the parcel status via the link in the email or on our website.
